Delivery Information

Foams 4 Sports weekday UK deliveries are delivered through DX Freight Ltd and when placing an order we have to make you aware that the items you order must be delivered to an address where there is someone available to sign for the goods if no one is available the goods will be returned to Foams 4 Sports.

If goods are returned due to there being no one available, there will be an additional charge of £15 for the transport costs.

Please check the quality of the goods before signing for them, if you sign for them as being in good condition and open the package to find they have been damaged we cannot accept your claim.

Most of our products are manufactured to order. We endeavour to deliver orders within 3 weeks. This, however, may be subject to longer delivery dates during busy periods.

Notification of delivery dates will only be given if specifically requested.

All deliveries must be signed for and any damages notified to us within two days of receipt of delivery. Any items not received must be advised within 14 days of the despatch confirmation e-mail in order that this can be investigated. We will not be responsible for any non-delivered items after this time or failure to advise us accordingly.

Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address details have been supplied.

Delivery will take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries can be arranged but these will be charged at the couriers cost over and above the standard delivery charge.

Delivery to a work address can also be arranged but this must be specified at the time of order and be signed for by the purchaser.

Bulk deliveries are undertaken by our own in house transport and you will be notified at least one working day ahead of the expected delivery time.

We reserve the right to refuse the 7 days no quibble guarantee for any products that have been installed/assembled on site or have been supplied as a custom product. A custom product can be defined as an item that is different in size, design, colour or logo to the standard product or has been specifically made to a customer’s requirements.
