Promat Wall Pads

Promat Wall Pads are designed for use around the walls of Dojos to protect persons from injuring themselves while taking part in Martial Art /Control & Restraint training. Promat Wall Pads features:

• Constructed from a lightweight but shock-absorbing closed cell cross-linked polyethene foam
• Covered/bonded with a heavy-duty flame-resistant smooth polyester PVC fabric to help reduce friction burns.
• Can be supplied with or without a 6mm MDF Plywood backing.
• Fixed to the wall with either hook and loop connect117.60ors, adhesive or mechanical fixings.
• Standard size: 2m x 1m x various thicknesses. Other sizes are available on request.
• Standard colours: Blue, Red and Black although other colours are available on request

For an additional fee, Club logos can be printed onto the wall pads. Tolerances: All Promat Wall Pads are made to strict quality guidelines and manufacturing tolerances apply. Roll lengths/widths may have slight variances as follows:

• Up to 1m Length +/- 3mm
• Up to 2m Length +/- 5mm
• Thickness +/- 2mm

Fixing Methods include:

• Bonding – pads are supplied with no backing allowing the pads to be stuck to the wall with a strong adhesive
• Velcro Only – Pads are supplied with loop Velcro on the back. Customer to fix their own hook Velcro to the wall for fixing
• Velcro Battens – As above, but pads come with plywood batons that have hook velcro stapled to them. Customer will need to screw these batons to the wall
• Brackets – pads are supplied with 6mm plywood backing which allows the pads to be screwed to the wall using wall brackets
